01 / PERSONAL GEOGRAPHY

First came
our own path.

Remote Atlas is built on places we have already reached ourselves — and on the practical experience that makes a good journey.

Routes we have travelled ourselves.
Yours will be designed separately.

CENTRAL PACIFIC First-hand

Beyond
the Oceania you know.

  1. Fiji
  2. Nauru

  5. Fiji

Drive around Nauru, spend a few days on Tarawa and carry on to Kiritimati. We travelled this route ourselves — via Bangkok, Hong Kong and Fiji.

FROM OUR TRAVEL NOTEBOOK

On that trip we flew from Nauru to Tarawa with Nauru Airlines. On Tarawa we hired a car and stayed for about 3–4 days, then took a direct flight to Kiritimati.

02 / HOW WE TRAVEL

All the hard parts —
behind the scenes.

You tell us where you’d like to go and how you like to travel. We bring everything together into one route — from the first flight to the journey home.

01

Getting there

Sorting out visas and entry formalities. Linking flights, connections and days on the ground. Planning what to do if plans change.

02

Settling in

Finding the best comfort available: from a good local hotel to luxury where it exists. Arranging accommodation and private transport in advance.

03

Being there

Timofei or Nikita personally accompanies your group. On the ground there is time to look around, try things and set your own pace.

Every trip is for your group alone.
2–4 guests, an individual route and a personal quote.

03 / WHO’S WITH YOU

Two people.
A shared geography.

We are Timofei and Nikita.
We organise journeys and personally accompany our guests.

Together we have travelled island routes, dealt with visas and changed plans after cancelled flights. That experience is now the foundation of Remote Atlas.

BEFORE OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

A few
simple answers.

What do you take care of?

We arrange the whole trip for you: the route, visas and entry formalities, flights, accommodation, transport and the programme on the ground. We personally accompany the group. What we organise and what it costs are agreed before anything is booked.

What level of comfort can I expect?

The best available in each particular place. Where there is a good hotel or a luxury option, we can choose it. On a small island the choice can be more modest: we discuss the real options in advance and pick the right one.

How much does a trip cost?

We price every trip individually: the cost depends on the route, the dates, the number of guests, flights and accommodation. After our first conversation we agree on a destination and a rough budget, then prepare a specific proposal.

Who will accompany the group?

Timofei or Nikita. We are equal organisers, and either of us can accompany a trip on his own. We’ll agree in advance who travels with you.

YOUR NEXT POINT ON THE MAP

Where would
you like to go?

You can come with a specific island in mind.
Or simply with a feeling of “somewhere far away”.
Let’s start with a conversation.
